This piece is on the same scale as the Jonathan Sanders Elephant Mother and Baby II, Hippopotamus Mother and Baby and the baby elephants Tug of War, Playing Elephants and One Plus One. As every piece is cast by hand and then the mould destroyed, each one is an original and so will be very slightly different to the last. It bears the artist's signature and its own unique edition number. This bronze casting is a perfect recreation of the artist's original sculpture and took two weeks to create. It bears the edition number of your sculpture and is your guarantee that this is an original foundry casting of the sculptor’s work that he has personally approved. The certificate was individually printed by hand in Hampshire from an original copperplate engraving, before being signed by Jonathan Sanders. It is presented in a high quality English hand made gift box and is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist, Jonathan Sanders. This Jonathan Sanders bronze sculpture of a Rhinoceros Mother and Baby was cast by hand in a British foundry by Nelson and Forbes, in an edition of just 250.
